We currently manage a small but rapidly growing number of BESS assets, and plan to scale to dozens across Europe by 2026.What you will do:Support the BESS asset lifecycleSupport & Own the lifecycle of our battery assets - from go-live to daily performanceMonitor performance in real-timeKeep the pulse of live operations and react fast when things go off-scriptSolve problems fast and cross-functionallySolve problems under pressure and make chaos look calmExecute and improve operational processesImprove what’s broken - and don’t wait to be toldBuild and maintain clear, actionable documentationWrite playbooks that make us faster, smarter, and ready to scaleCollaborate across teams to shape the future of our systemsWork shoulder-to-shoulder with tech, trading, and ops to push our systems forwardThis Role Gives You Impact and OpportunityYou’ll feel your impact daily.
