Project Management Intern
- Support the Program team in documenting and maintaining the master schedule.
- Assist in improving the flowdown of major program milestones to lower-level activities.
- Help track progress against milestones and identify potential delays.
- Support the identification and documentation of program risks.
- Assist in maintaining a risk register and updating mitigation plans.
- Maintain a program and risk dashboard accessible to the entire Nyx team.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with subsystem leads to ensure alignment of schedules and risk data.
- Foster effective communication within the Program team and across technical teams.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in space systems and program management.
- Basic understanding of scheduling principles and risk management concepts.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, monday.com, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
