For our Munich office, we are looking for an Office Management Assistant (f/m/x) to support our Business Partner team in the Operations domain.

What to expect :

• As part of the Business Partner team, you will work closely with colleagues from various domains (Finance, People, IT), act as an interface between teams, and provide on-site support in our office.

• You would like to work in a team that is involved in building up the individual areas of a company and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different offices.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for Office Management tasks, including ordering for office, coordinating with service providers, and managing IT equipment and office supplies.

• You support the team with office design as well as projects related to occupational health and safety, always focusing on the well-being of employees on site.

• You support the onboarding of new employees.

Requirements for a strong fit:

• A friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a structured, conscientious, and proactive working style.

• Availability to be on site in the office at least three days per week.

• Ideally, initial experience in office management or team assistance; however, prior experience is not mandatory.

• Excellent MS Office skills (Microsoft 365)

• Language skills: Good command of both German and English, at least at B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
