Project Manager - Game Development (f/m/d)
Here, you're part of the team, not a number. Your opinion shapes our games from the day you start. We work with radical candor: we care about each other, and we're honest with each other. Feedback is direct, specific, and always meant to help. We hope you'll give it as openly as you receive it. You'll also work closely with our production house remote control productions (rcp). That means more know-how, more contacts, and more support for your projects, from funding and business development to publishing deals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guide up to three projects from concept to release.
- Be the go-to person for everyone. When someone needs an answer, a decision, or a nudge, they come to you.
- Plan schedules, spot risks early, and solve them together with the team.
- Keep daily development moving: meetings, priorities, blockers.
- Work side by side with our Creative Director, Art Director, and department leads.
- Bring together internal teams, embedded teams, partners, and outsourcers.
- Be the main contact for publishers and partners on your projects.
- Present progress, risks, and budget to our C-level.
- You've shipped at least one game and you've done project management in games.
- You speak and write fluent English. German is a big plus, since a lot of our office chatter happens in German.
- You live in or near Munich. We're together in the office Tuesday to Thursday, and Monday and Friday can be home-office days.
- You have a producer mindset. You understand the game and its players, and that shapes your decisions.
- You know every phase of game development and how the departments fit together.
- You plan well, communicate clearly, and feel at ease presenting to the team, leadership, or a publisher.
- You know your way around agile methods like Scrum and project management tools.
- Our project managers work in Coda (Superhuman Docs) every day, and we keep trying new tools that make work better. You're up for that.
- You're curious about AI and use it every day to make your work, and your team's work, easier.
None of these are must-haves. But if any of them sound like you, even better.
- You've built AI agents or automations that make your PM life easier.
- You've worked on PC and console titles.
- You've worked with an international publisher or self-published a game.
- You have a background in product management.
- A social post or a devlog now and then sounds fun to you.

- You don't shy away from the camera or a social post when there's something cool to show.
- A creative, casual, and international team in the heart of Munich, just a few minutes from the main station
- Flat hierarchy and short decision paths. Your ideas don't get stuck in layers
- Hybrid setup: office Tuesday to Thursday, Monday and Friday from home if you like
- Deutschlandticket, fully reimbursed
- Lunch budget of up to €50 per month
- Health coaching with a sports scientist and medical training therapist (OLAO Health), online and on-site
- A library full of books, games, and consoles
- Free coffee, drinks, and fruit in the office
- Being part of the rcp family, a network of around 350 developers in studios across Europe, South America, and South Asia
