(Senior) Computer Vision Scientist - 3D Vision & Surgical Imaging (m/w/x)
Your mission
At ImFusion, we solve computer vision problems in endoscopic imaging, bringing cutting-edge research directly to the operating room for real-world clinical impact.
We are looking for experienced researchers with strong backgrounds in 3D computer vision and deep learning, who enjoy solving challenging real-world problems and turning state-of-the-art research into clinical products. Previous experience in medical and/or endoscopic imaging is not required. Typical topics include- 3D reconstruction
- Monocular depth estimation
- SLAM, visual localization and tracking
- Surface registration
- Tissue tracking and segmentation
- 6D pose estimation
- Real-time vision systems
Your profile
Must-have
- PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Robotics or a related field
- Strong expertise in 3D computer vision and deep learning
- Experience in any above mentioned topics is highly relevant
- Experience developing real-time ML and computer vision systems
- Excellent Python skills
- Medical and/or endoscopic imaging
- Geometric deep learning
- Neural reconstruction / rendering
- Robotics perception
- Model deployment (TensorRT, ONNX, PyTorch Dynamo, etc.)
- Strong C++ skills
