Sploon is MVST’s new social media agency — we create content that makes brands unscrollable. With over 5 years of experience in building engaging digital identities, Sploon combines strategy, creativity, and data to turn followers into loyal communities.

We are a young and growing team with big ambitions, and we’re looking for a Social Media & Content Creator Intern to join us in Barcelona or Germany . This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the agency world , help us build the first steps of our new venture , and grow your creative skills in a real-world environment.

Role Overview

• Support the creation of engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook etc.)
• Assist in developing creative concepts and content formats
• Design visual content using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Capture and edit content using CapCut and your phone (bonus: experience with cameras for higher-quality shoots)
• Learn to use social media planning tools like SocialPilot for scheduling & posting
• Experiment with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT and Sora
• Research trends, competitors, and inspiration for creative ideas
• Help organize and maintain our content library and assets

Ideal Qualifications

• Currently studying in media, communications, design, marketing or a related field
• First experience with content creation for social media (professional)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Figma is a plus)
• Interest in AI-powered content creation and willingness to experiment with new tools
• A good eye for design, storytelling, and social media trends
• Fluent English (German or Spanish is a plus)
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a creative team
