The Role: Impact & Responsibilities

In this position, you are more than just a technician; you are a strategic advisor. You will have the creative freedom to re-engineer client workflows and implement digital solutions that significantly improve their operational efficiency.

• End-to-End Consulting: Lead and support SAP implementation cycles, from initial discovery to long-term support.
• Workshop Leadership: Facilitate on-site client workshops and expert-led training sessions.
• Process Architecture: Design, harmonize, and model complex business processes, including hands-on system customizing.
• Knowledge Transfer: Develop comprehensive project documentation and standardized user manuals.
• Growth Support: Provide technical insights to the sales team to help secure new project acquisitions.

Your Profile

We are seeking a collaborative, growth-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

• Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable background.
• Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA environments (as an In-house Consultant, Key User, or External Consultant).
• Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP PP/PP-PI ; additional experience in QM is highly valued.
• Communication: Fluency in German (C1) and professional proficiency in English (B2) .
• Attributes: A customer-first mindset with a confident, professional presence.
