As AI-Native Developer, you will contribute to building innovative retail solutions that leverage AI, cloud technologies, and modern development practices. What you will build

• Develop and enhance AI-powered applications including mobile applications for retail and enterprise scenarios.
• Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
• Participate in creating intelligent workflows and automation solutions using AI and enterprise technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to software testing, debugging, documentation, and performance improvements.
• Learn and apply best practices in security, scalability, reliability, and enterprise software development.
• Support continuous innovation by exploring new AI technologies, frameworks, and development approaches.

 

What you bring

• 2-5 years of software development experience, or equivalent experience through internships, academic projects, or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for AI-driven software engineering.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, AI assistants, or agentic frameworks is an advantage.
• Exposure to web, mobile, or enterprise application development.
• Good to have exposure to Native Mobile application development for Android and iOS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional product teams.
• Bias for action, rapid prototyping, and iterative learning.
• High adaptability and curiosity in a fast-moving AI landscape.
• Knowledge of SAP technologies, SAP BTP, or enterprise applications is a plus
