YOUR ROLEThe Administrative Assistant - Food & Beverage is responsible for managing the communication and administrative support for all Food & Beverage Outlets.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Acting as the first point of contact for guest event inquiries, and handling reservations and guest communication via phone and email in line with LQA standards.
- Coordinating closely with internal departments, creating offers and contracts, assist with menu updates and collateral support.
- Manage clerical tasks efficiently.
- Support the Food & Beverage service team as required.
- Manage supplier relationships, process invoices, and track budgets to ensure smooth procurement and cost control.
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and serve as the contact point for restaurant reservation support.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus.
- Passionate about hospitality and eager to support operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive problem-solver, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
