As a Senior Product Marketing Manager , you'll own the product positioning and messaging for our core SaaS platform and new modules. You will transform insights from sales calls into compelling narratives for economic buyers, develop scalable launch playbooks, and create sales-enablement assets. Additionally, you'll enhance category awareness through targeted content, customer stories, and industry events.

Our company values in-person collaboration; therefore, employees are expected to work from our Munich office three days a week.

What you will be building

• Shape and own all external product messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across channels.
• Develop an ICP-focused messaging framework, test it with real buyers, and refine it regularly.
• Manage product launches from planning to execution, coordinating with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Provide the Sales team with battle-cards, demos, and tools to improve win rates on qualified deals.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to keep our positioning sharp and our roadmap relevant.
• Create thought-leadership and demand-generation content such as blog posts, case studies, and webinars to build brand awareness and trust.

What You Need to Succeed

• 4-7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including ICP definition, positioning, messaging, and enterprise launches.
• Strong understanding of product positioning, market segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for creating clear and persuasive product messages.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance and market trends.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for innovative marketing strategies.
• Passion for industry trends and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas.
• Native-level German and professional proficiency in English.
