Founding engineer

Do you want to build the manufacturing company of the future for electrical equipment with us? We are looking for a founding engineer to join Vetaion on our mission. Shape the early stages of the company and work in our production facility in Munich.

Tasks

• Build the automation backbone to generate digital twins of our customer products.
• Create a robust software layer that normalizes complex electrical data, making it consumable for our production OS.
• Become an expert in EPLAN and build the end-to-end data pipeline that extracts logical schematics from the EPLAN API (C#/.NET) and transforms them into manufacturing-ready datasets.
• Prepare the data foundation for downstream automation , including CNC machining, robotic assembly, and automated wire processing.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering with a strong background in software.
• End-to-end capability with an independent working style and the drive to take topics from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience working with C#/.NET and a solid understanding of industrial CAD/CAE interfaces.
• Strong drive for progress and a focus on shipping results.
• Humble, low ego , not afraid to get their hands dirty.
