LEAD IN FASHION TRAINEE (M/F/D)
Germany-wide Full-time | 6 months | Start date: 1 October 2026 Would you like to take on responsibility, inspire people and further develop your leadership skills? During our six-month trainee programme, you will get to know the store from every perspective: from the basics on the shop floor to Commercial and Operations, before gradually taking on your first responsibilities during the Manager Phase. Workshops on communication, feedback, conflict and stress management, systemic coaching sessions and regular development meetings will support you on your path towards a future leadership position. You already have some experience in retail, are passionate about fashion, people and numbers, and want to grow in a dynamic environment. You are flexible and willing to work at different locations across Germany during and after the programme. With us, you will find the space and the team to grow, contribute your strengths and develop your own leadership style.
