YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You design and architect SIXT's future HR technology landscape end-to-end, leveraging AI-driven development approaches such as Vibecoding as the core methodology
• You develop scalable, AI-powered HR system solutions using tools like Claude and modern software architecture principles
• You translate complex HR business requirements into innovative technical architectures and system designs
• You evaluate, select, and integrate cutting-edge AI tools and platforms to maximize development efficiency and system quality
• You establish best practices and standards for AI-assisted software development within the HR tech space
• You collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and the People Systems, Data & AI team to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience  You bring proven experience in software architecture and system design, ideally with exposure to HRIS or HR tech environments
• Technical Background You have a strong foundation in technical software architecture and are confident designing complex, scalable systems from scratch
• Tools/Systems  You are proficient with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar Vibecoding platforms and fully embrace a code-with-AI-first mindset
• Domain Knowledge  You have a solid understanding of HR processes and data structures, enabling you to bridge the gap between technology and people operations
• Mindset You are a bold, creative thinker who thrives in uncharted territory and is energized by the challenge of building something entirely new
• Collaboration  You communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, turning complex ideas into a shared and actionable vision
