Our Mission

We are building a Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to enable secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery — with security and compliance being top priorities from day one.

As a Cloud Platform Engineer in our Platform Team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering cloud solutions that optimize the entire software development lifecycle. Your focus will be on automating cloud delivery and deployment processes, ensuring scalability and speed, and integrating security practices into our DevOps processes.

You will work closely with Product Teams and developers to ensure that our Developer Platform is not only secure and stable but also user-friendly and highly available. Your contributions will provide the foundation for fast and secure development of cloud products and SaaS.

What You'll Do

• Cloud Platform Engineering: Develop and implement automation processes for the deployment and operation of cloud software and services using Platform Engineering, Infrastructure as Code(e.g. Terraform), and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and Golden Paths to enable automate build, test, and deployment processes for the Product Teams.
• Cloud Architecture: Design and manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability, using Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
• Kubernetes & Containerization: Deploy, operate and optimizing cloud-based Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring scalable and secure containerized deployments.
• Self-Service Deployment: Develop self-service deployment tools and efficient workflows that empower developers to work autonomously.
• Security & Compliance: Integrate security measures and compliance checks into all aspects of cloud infrastructure and the software development process. Designing OIDC-based SSO and Workload Identity for our Cloud offering.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Implement monitoring, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure operational stability and optimize cloud infrastructure costs.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in the development and automation of cloud delivery and deployment processes. Especially experience providing self-service offerings and improve DevEx for Product Teams.
• Strong knowledge in managing Kubernetes infrastructure and container solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code with tools like Terraform, GilLab CI and OpenTofu.
• Expertise in cloud platforms and their scalability, security, and high availability.
• Experience with OIDC-based Single Sign-On (SSO) and Workload Identity.
• Expertise in developing cloud-native applications and automating security and compliance checks across the entire software development lifecycle.
• Experience implementing observability tools and monitoring systems for cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure cost optimization and integrating security practices into the DevOps process.
• Experience managing secrets (e.g., Vault, External Secrets) and implementing security and compliance controls in cloud environments.
• Programming skills in Python, Go, or Rust.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
