Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We’re thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting-edge technology and business analysis with our sales units across Europe, the Sales Management Specialist - Germany. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

• Organize the full-cycle performance management of sales unit metrics and analyze regional operating data to identify and implement business improvements.
• Track large-scale storage (BESS) opportunity pipelines, conversion rates, and shipment data while delivering monthly direct-sales bid-rate reports.
• Drive top-down alignment of headquarters' marketing strategy across the Europe region and manage the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead and execute high-priority special management projects to support the European executive leadership team through to completion.
• Provide quality oversight for the sales operations team's core deliverables while continuously optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Consolidate sales forecasts across product lines, coordinate the annual target-setting process, and generate monthly regional management reports.

Your profile

All right all right, that was intriguing wasn`t it? Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or above and bring 2+ years of experience in sales operations or sales management, preferably within the renewable energy sector or an international business expansion context.
• You possess strong analytical capabilities with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling and pivot tables, while experience with Power BI or CRM systems is highly valued.
• You have exceptional cross-functional coordination skills and thrive when collaborating with diverse, multicultural teams across different regions.
• You have professional working proficiency in both English C1 or C2 and Chinese C1 or C2 to ensure seamless collaboration with our European teams and headquarters.
• You demonstrate highly structured, logical thinking paired with excellent presentation and report-writing skills.
• You are resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
