Business Analyst (m/f/x)

Your Role

• Be responsible for the further development of our supply chain finance solutions in line with business objectives, evolving industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure clear priorities in close alignment with business units and top management
• Manage features throughout their lifecycle — from requirements analysis and validation through implementation and production deployment
• Ensure consistency of new requirements with the existing product scope, strategic roadmap, and overall product vision
• Coordinate knowledge transfer of new product functionalities through trainings for internal and external stakeholder

Your Profile

• Degree in IT, Mathematics, Natural Science, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry, as consultant, IT project manager, solution designer, business analyst or the like
• Strong consulting, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-focused approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for digital transformation and superior user experience
• Team-oriented motivator who inspires collaboration and drives collective success
• Beneficial Certificates: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum Professional, Project Management (IPMA/Prince/etc.)
• Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
