Your responsibilities: Global responsibility for developing and executing strategies to maximize NXP sales and profit at biggest Tier 1 Automotive Account through, Aumovio:Understanding the customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues. Identifying opportunities for NXP based on this and helping to tailor the NXP Value Propositions specifically for your customersUnderstanding formal & informal hierarchy, decision makers, advocates and enemies at customer and establishing and developing suitable relationship strategies to improve NXPs position at the accountThrough thorough understanding of the balance of power and relationships, create and successfully execute suitable negotiation strategy and tactics (done throughout the year)Representing and conveying the customer needs internally at NXP, and ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against strategyEffective delegation and monitoring of logistic/quality issues to the relevant people within NXPEnsuring that all key internal systems and processes are timely updated with accurate informationConsolidating the above in a Customer Business Plan in order to clearly communicate what you expect and require from NXP in order to meet short and long term Revenue and Design Win targets.Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organizationManage 8 direct reportsYour profile:Electrical engineering degree or similar.
