Do you want to lead high-impact corporate strategy projects across ZEISS?The Strategic Corporate Development department supports the development of ZEISS through strategic projects in all areas of the ZEISS Group (business units, corporate functions and country organisations). The experienced team brings in diverse perspectives from various industries and promotes a culture of creative exchange. With fresh ideas and innovative approaches, the team contributes to achieving the strategic goals of ZEISS and responding to the challenges of the future.As a team, we advise top management on questions such as: What does the optimal strategy process look like? How do we best design operating models? Which structure should our country organisations have?Your roleDrive high-impact corporate strategy programmes and serve as a proactive problem-solving partnerIdentify and understand the key business drivers and challenges facing the ZEISS Group and support the ZEISS group strategy processStructure complex programs in multi-stakeholder settings, shaping project strategies and approaches Lead cross-functional project teams, including external partners, for initiatives of group-wide significance Take ownership of key strategic topics such as portfolio managementCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including the Executive Board, and confidently present your recommendationsYour profileA degree with excellent grades in natural sciences, engineering or businessAt least 4 years’ experience in top management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar fast-paced strategy roles leading project teamsStrong problem-solving skills, results-orientation, project/programme management, and communication skillsOutstanding analytical competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinkingEnjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams and passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologiesFluent English skills, German is a plusBecome part of the fast, dynamic team and actively shape the future of corporate strategy at ZEISS!Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:Anne Sophie Günther, Carina-Rachele Germano, Melike Bostanci
