Production Technician – Drone Factory

What we’re looking for

We're  building one of Europe's largest drone production facilities  and we need someone  who wants to build drones with us . H ands-on, precise, and ready to shape how the factory runs from day one.

The day-to-day

• Build and assemble drones and sub-systems to consistentlyhigh qualitystandards.
• Supportsetup,optimization, anddailyoperationoftheassemblylineandproductionfloor.
• Performincominggoodsinspection,preparationalwork, andinventoryhandlingtokeepproductionmoving.
• Execute in-processand finalqualitychecks—documentdeviations, support root-causeinvestigations.
• Workwithengineeringtodevelopassemblyprocedures,toolingneeds, andfactoryprocesses.

You should apply if you

• Completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g. mechatronics, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
• Comfortable working with mechanical assemblies, electronics, tools, and production equipment.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented — you learn new procedures fast and get things done.
• Strong attention to detail; you take pride in quality workmanship.
• Able to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• German B2 or higher; English B2 or higher.

Nice to haves

• Experience in soldering and basic lean production principles .
• First experience to UAVs or dronesystems .
• Eligible to obtain NATO or EU security clearance .
