We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Bellman (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date.

A valid work authorization for Germany is required for this position.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests
• Handling guest complaints at the highest level
• Maintaining positive relationships with both guests and colleagues
• Providing information about the hotel, the city, and the surrounding area
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the entrance area
• Close cooperation with all hotel departments

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Previous experience as a bellman or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
• A strong host mentality with confident and professional demeanor
• Good German and English language skills
• Flexibility and a high level of commitment
• Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
