Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)

What you can expect from us...

• Own the platform product vision and roadmap to support our cloud transformation toward a Kubernetes-based, cloud-neutral platform
• Collaborate with platform engineers, architects, security, and FinOps to build secure, reusable, and cost-efficient infrastructure components
• Drive the transition plan from fragmented AWS usage to a unified platform with clear adoption milestones and feedback loops
• Lead change management with empathy and care, engaging all surrounding product teams and building trust through communication and enablement
• Define and track KPIs related to platform adoption, cost optimization, developer experience, and operational efficiency
• Act as the primary advocate for internal customers, ensuring the platform evolves based on their needs while aligning with organizational goals
• Serve as a representative to external cloud stakeholders and participate in shaping group-wide cloud and platform strategy in collaboration with other company departments
• Facilitate decision-making across stakeholder groups and champion a product mindset within infrastructure and DevOps

What we would expect from you...

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of cloud-native ecosystems (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, IAM) and tradeoffs between AWS proprietary services
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex organizational change
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – from engineers to executives
• Passion for developer experience, tooling, and driving adoption in decentralized environments
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning incentives, and executing with confidence and care
