Our customer is leading the industrial revolution of laser communications by producing optical communications terminals for air, space and mobile applications and we are looking for him for a few Manufacturing Technician (gn).

• Permanent employment contract
• Hourly wage at least 19 € depending on qualifications
• Day shift work (flexitime)
• Varied areas of responsibility

What awaits you:

• Execute serial production while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards
• Follow instructions from Lead Senior and Shopfloor Manager to maintain an efficient workflow
• Support new product introductions and assist with assigned maintenance activities
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a structured work environment using 5S standards
• Understand and follow work instructions, providing feedback for continuous improvement
• Identify and report non-conformances (NC) in production processes using MES
• Use basic Office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication

What you bring with you:

• English language proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively within the team
• Ability to adapt to quick changes and work in a dynamic production environment
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and manufacturing processes
• Experience with mechanical/opto-mechanical systems or manual soldering (IPC-610)
• Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, teach, and support others
