Industrial (Lean) Engineer (m/f/d) - IT, Technischer Vertrieb

Essential Job Functions

• Being an integral part of industrialization & VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) team
• Develop, configure, and optimize manufacturing processes from inception through to (if needed) validation a ramp-up for the first year
• Work closely with R&D on all design stages
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Provide process documentation (MOP, equipment qualification, MPQP etc.)
• Set up the Data in the ERP-System (SAP)
• Set up QPS (Product Labelling System) for NPI
• Set up Oracle Agile (UDI Database) for NPI

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required

• Graduate in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering or comparable field of specialization
• Some years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proven work experience in problem solving techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma tools)
• An Eye for details and extremely data driven
• Driven and customer-oriented thinking
• Excellent technical skills and going into details when needed.
• Knowledge of process related standards (Six Sigma)
• Willing to learn about process simulations
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and willing to learn from mistakes
• Build a good rapport with R&D, Quality and Production
• Open to new manufacturing technologies and enthusiastic for Enovation
• Economic thinking and acting
• Very good MS Office skills
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
