Working Student Application Governance, Tools & Collaboration (m/f/d)

As a working student in Application Governance, Tools & Collaboration in Munich (Germany), you will help strengthen the collaboration between Application Segment Management, Product Management and Business Development. You will support cross-functional alignment, facilitate governance activities, and improve the tools and processes used to manage our application landscape.

Tasks

• Support Application Governance activities at the interface of Application Segment Management, Product Management and Business Development
• Help prepare, facilitate, and follow up on cross-functional workshops, meetings, and governance forums
• Analyze existing workflows and tools and contained information, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement pragmatic solutions
• Maintain and analyze information and templates
• Consolidate information from different stakeholders and translate complex content into decision documents
• Track actions, decisions, and deliverables to ensure transparency and effective follow-up

Qualifications

• You are at least in your third semester of business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable field of study
• You are interested in collaboration models, governance processes, facilitation, and tool optimization
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, AI agents, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code tools, ideally applied to improve business processes
• You have an analytical and structured mindset
• You work independently, reliably, and proactively drive assigned topics forward
• You have very good English skills and good German skills
