What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a proactive Working Student in Office Operations who supports us to keep our office running and our team happy. You’ll help to maintain an organized and welcoming office environment where people enjoy coming to work. As a fast-growing startup, we value a hands-on mindset, reliability, and willingness to support the team in creating a smooth day-to-day workplace experience.

The day-to-day

• You'll keep our office organized, tidy, and well prepared so everyone can do their best work. Coffee machine, dishwasher, daily routines — the small things that make a big difference.
• Snacks, drinks, office essentials — you'll keep maintain stock levels and replenish supplies so the team never runs low on what they need to stay fueled and focused.
• From assisting by service provider coordination to waste management, you'll help to keep everything in the right place at the right time.
• You will assist with office rearrangements, new workspace setups, and facility improvements projects, helping to ensure everything is prepared and in place.

You should apply if you

• You're currently enrolled as a student
• You're confident in English at C1 level, and speak German at near-native C2.
• You bring structure to everything you do: organized, reliable and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• You don't wait to be told twice. You spot what needs doing and just take care of it.
• Whether it's your own team or an external partner, you communicate clearly and make collaboration feel easy.
