THE ROLE — Based in Germany, with flexibility for candidates across the UK, Finland, Italy, Ireland, or Poland.As a Senior Manager, AI Field Applications Engineering - EMEA, you will lead AMD’s AI Field Application Engineering team across EMEA, India, and Asia, supporting some of the most strategic customers in the AI and data center space. You will work at the center of AMD’s growth in AI, guiding a team of senior engineers who engage directly with customers to design, validate, and deploy high-performance AI solutions.This is a highly visible leadership role where you will combine technical depth, customer engagement, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with sales, business development, and engineering teams to ensure successful execution of strategic programs, while maintaining direct exposure to senior leadership up to VP, SVP, and CTO level.You will operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, supporting large-scale AI initiatives and influencing how AMD solutions are positioned and delivered across global markets.THE PERSONYou are an experienced technical leader who thrives in complex, customer-facing environments.
