Transaction Services Seniors and Managers required in Munich and other EU centres

About the Role

As a Transaction Services Senior or Manager (will also happily consider Senior Managers), you will work executing Transaction Services engagements (primarily Financial Due Diligence in buy-side and sell-side transactions) for international and national private equity and corporate clients. Ideally working with non-Financial services clients currently but this is not a pre-requisite. All good candidates (regardless of current client-portfolio) will be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ professional experience gained in a large accountancy or consulting firm (‘Big 4’ or ‘Top 10’ preferred) in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
• Fluent in English and German
