Your tasks:

• Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes on site
• Review and align subcontractor quality plans with project requirements
• Conduct quality training and support for site personnel
• Perform audits and spot checks to monitor compliance
• Manage non-conformities and drive corrective actions
• Oversee documentation and records for quality-related activities
• Support customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives

Your qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
• Proven experience in quality assurance and control, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, QA/QC procedures)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with audits and documentation processes
• Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
