Tasks

• Identification and prioritization of AI use cases based on strategic relevance, business impact, and economic feasibility
• Development of robust business cases including ROI calculations, cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments
• Translation of corporate goals into AI strategies and operating models , as well as the design of digital transformation initiatives.
• Leading AI initiatives from idea to scaling and assuming the role of Product Owner or Business Lead for AI products and platforms.
• Development and management of AI governance structures including KPIs, compliance, risk and decision frameworks
• Promoting company-wide AI adoption through workshops, change management, market monitoring, and integration of AI into our customers' existing processes and value chains.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration with an IT component or comparable.
• Several years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, business development or innovation management, as well as proven success in developing and evaluating business cases, preferably in technology-oriented environments.
• A sound understanding of the opportunities and limitations of AI from a business perspective and the ability to implement AI technologies in revenue growth, cost optimization or risk reduction opportunities .
• Experience in stakeholder management at the executive and board level , as well as with agile delivery models and cross-functional project management .
• Understanding of AI governance , compliance and regulatory aspects .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills , fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile.
