Sales Development Representative (SDR), SEO Tools
About the Role
Join the sales team at an early-stage B2B software company focused on AI-driven content and search visibility. You will build pipeline across the DACH region by engaging marketing, SEO, and content leaders and booking qualified product demonstrations.
What You'll Do
Make daily cold calls to marketing, SEO, and content decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies.
Build and maintain prospect lists using AI-assisted research, enrichment, and personalization tools.
Run outbound campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, and email, testing messaging and improving results.
Attend industry events and trade shows in the DACH region, engage prospects, and book follow-up meetings.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule product demonstrations, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Share structured feedback on objections, competitor activity, and customer needs with the team.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, customer success, or a related prospecting role.
Fluency in German and English, with demonstrated success booking appointments through cold calls.
Hands-on experience with multichannel outreach using calls, LinkedIn, and email.
Proficiency with AI-assisted prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT.
Experience selling SEO tools or working directly with SEO teams, and familiarity with buyer personas and topics such as AI Overviews and traffic loss.
Experience participating in trade shows or industry events, and willingness to travel within the DACH region.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €55,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
