We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Lead IO who wants to actively shape how we work together: a curious leader who embraces new opportunities, moves things forward and inspires others to do the same. In this role, you will connect brand strategy, customer insights and new capabilities to create meaningful customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Provide people leadership, supporting team members in their development and empowering them to take ownership
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies and customer engagement plans
• Drive the evolution of customer engagement, turning customer insights, new capabilities and technologies into more relevant and effective customer interactions
• Ensure strategic alignment across core indications and key customer groups to identify opportunities and enable a consistent customer approach
• Contribute to performance management and revenue planning by providing relevant strategic, customer and market insights
• Own bottom-up Direct Product Expense planning and continuous budget management, ensuring investments are aligned with agreed business priorities and opportunities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, foster strong collaboration and champion new approaches and ways of working across indications, Customer Teams, internal stakeholders and external partners

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong people and cross-functional leadership skills, with experience in developing others and driving change in a matrix environment
• Strong strategic marketing and customer engagement experience, with the ability to translate insights into clear strategies and actions
• Curiosity and openness to new technologies, capabilities and ways of working, with a strong drive to explore and advance new approaches
• Experience in Oncology and/or Specialty Care; Sales or other customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Excellent German and English communication skills
