Customer Data Analyst Intern (f/m/d)

Your Mission

As an intern in the Customer Success Team at Predium, you will become an integral part of our customer experience. You will support our customers in unlocking the full potential of our platform and gain valuable insights into the ESG and sustainability sector – right at the interface between technology and impact.

You will work closely with our Customer Success Team and take on responsibility for operational tasks that contribute significantly to the success of our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be part of our operational customer service team and learn how to communicate with ESG and real estate professionals in a solution-oriented manner.
• You will monitor current ESG developments, filter relevant information, and help to incorporate regulatory changes into our customer communications and product logic.
• You will support the enrichment of missing building data and contribute your experience and knowledge in a structured manner to the further development of our algorithms.
• You will update energy performance certificates and ESG-relevant documents to keep our customer data up to date and transparently reflect regulatory requirements.
• You will be responsible for quality control of customer data relating to their buildings, laying the foundation for reliable analyses and genuine customer impact.
• You will document internal processes and playbooks so that we can scale our knowledge and make our processes even more efficient.
• You will support the further development of our customer journey by collecting and analyzing customer feedback and working with the team to translate it into smart improvements.

Your Profile

• You are studying a relevant subject (e.g., economics, environmental sciences, civil engineering, or similar) and are keen to apply your knowledge in practice.
• Ideally, you have some experience with Excel and data and are not afraid to learn new tools.
• You are organized, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You work conscientiously and accurately—because small details often make a big difference.
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
