Junior/Mid-Level Paid Social & Creative Strategist (m/f/d)

We’re everdrop – a fast-growing D2C brand on a mission to change the world of household and personal care. We're looking for a performance-savvy creative thinker to join our marketing team and help us produce ad creatives that convert. You’ll bridge the gap between data and storytelling — spotting what works, briefing what’s next, and iterating fast.

As our (Junior/Mid-Level) Paid Social & Creative Strategist (m/f/d), you will:

• Analyze ad performance and audience behavior to identify winning content types

• Brief and test creative assets: UGC, statics, motion — across META, TikTok, and more

• Spot and jump on platform trends that align with our products and brand

• Support our media buyer with creative iterations and optimization

• Help define acquisition strategies for new products and campaigns

If you are passionate about sustainability and highly motivated to help create a better, cleaner world, then we already like you a lot. If you also have a very proactive and hands-on approach to work, enjoy collaborating with other people and have an all-around positive mindset towards challenges, then we kind of have a crush on you. If you additionally have the following skills and experience, then we really think this could be the beginning of a great love story.

• 1–3 years of experience in paid social, creative strategy, or UGC production

• Performance-driven mindset — you want ads to not just look good, but convert

• Passion for digital trends and creative testing

• Comfortable using or learning tools like CapCut (you’ll work with designers and creators, but be hands-on too)

• Fluent in German and English (French or Italian is a plus)
