Founders Associate - CTO Office (all genders)
You’re not just supporting leadership; you’re amplifying the impact of the CTO and shaping the initiatives that drive Lio’s technical excellence. As a Founders Associate in the CTO Office, you’ll work hands-on with Core and Product Engineering teams to turn strategic technical decisions into action and help scale the engineering organization.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Assist the CTO with strategic projects and high-impact technical decisions
Support engineering and product initiatives, helping define architecture, processes, and workflows that enable scalable delivery
Contribute to the optimization of internal technical processes, making engineering faster, more efficient, and more impactful
Collaborate closely with Core, Product, and Infrastructure teams to align cross-functional technical efforts
Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes
Your Profile
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
Have experience in software development, engineering strategy, technical consulting, or high-growth startups
Think analytically, act proactively, and can translate complex technical insights into actionable plans
Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
