Our team at the BMW Group focuses on Sales Development and Volume Planning for the MINI brand. We explore innovative business areas, analyze emerging trends in the automotive sector, and develop concepts through to final implementation. This internship offers you the opportunity to support us in steering the MINI brand sustainably into the future.

What awaits you?

• You will support the development and implementation of concepts to sustainably position the MINI brand for the future.
• Furthermore, you assist in conducting analyses and creating recommendations for action at national and international levels.
• In addition, you help communicate with sales companies worldwide and contribute to designing new processes.
• Moreover, you will support steering monthly production, wholesale, and retail planning for MINI in collaboration with regions and planning departments.
• You also assist in preparing ongoing opportunity and risk analyses based on market developments, competitive environment, regulatory conditions, and external factors.
• Additionally, you help prepare presentation documents for board and management meetings with reference to the current sales situation and performance.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Completed basic bachelor's degree or master's degree.
• Affinity for the automotive industry including comprehensive knowledge of the automotive market, market segments, and competitors.
• Initial practical experience in sales and marketing is desirable.
• Initial practical experience in project management is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Conceptual and analytical thinking abilities with affinity for data and figures.
• Fluent German and English skills.
