To learn more about them, you can find our values here (English).Job DescriptionYou act as the primary and reliable point of contact for our customers and prospects, handling inquiries via email and phone.You work closely with other departments to find quick, comprehensive solutions for more complex customer questions.You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning.You leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in both our product and internal processes.
