About the role

The Junior Digital Project Coordinator supports our ongoing work with a leading German logistics and infrastructure provider. This position exists to ensure that the high volume of data, documentation, and stakeholder feedback generated during this engagement remains organized and accessible. Since we operate as a fully remote team, your role is central to maintaining clarity across our digital workspaces and ensuring that project timelines remain accurate. You will act as the administrative backbone for the consulting team, focusing on the unglamorous but necessary tasks that keep a large-scale restructuring project moving forward.

What you will do

• Maintain project schedules and timelines for our engagement with the logistics client to ensure no deadlines are missed.


• Document findings from internal analysis sessions and client calls with a high degree of accuracy and precision.


• Organize digital assets and research folders so that senior consultants have immediate access to the data they need.


• Draft summaries of internal stakeholder interviews, focusing on identifying points of operational friction.


• Monitor the completion of specific action items linked to the client restructuring plans.


• Coordinate the assembly of evidence-backed reports for executive review, ensuring formatting consistency.


• Track communication logs to ensure that all internal queries from the client team receive timely responses.


• Manage the version control of project documents to prevent information silos or data errors.
