Your mission

• Support recruiting processes—from interview coordination to candidate communication and employer branding.
• Prepare internal communications and HR-related documentation.
• Contribute to People & Culture projects around topics like feedback, development, and culture.
• Keep our HR systems and employee records up to date.
• Conduct research on current HR trends, tools, and best practices, and share your ideas with the team.

Your profile

• You’re currently studying business, psychology, social sciences, or a related field.
• You’re proactive, structured, and not afraid to ask "why".
• You care about people and want to create positive, inclusive experiences.
• You enjoy organizing, communicating, and improving how things are done.
• You’re fluent in English, German is a plus.
