As a Consultant, you benefit from the breadth of accilium - you will gain exposure to different projects and practices while already working closely with our Automotive Practice from an early stage. This allows you to build deep expertise in automotive industry early on, while still exploring other practice areas through project work. Over time, you can shape your profile and make an informed decision on where to anchor your career as a Senior Consultant: whether in Automotive Practice or in Technology, Performance, Strategy, Energy, People, or the Public Sector .

Your responsibilities

• Problem-Solving: Develop creative and independent solutions through research and by leveraging your network of contacts and colleagues.

• Data Analytics: Conduct data analyses – from data collection, analysis, structuring, and visualization to communication and tool selection.

• Presentation & Facilitation: Present and moderate groups using clear materials, audience-appropriate methods, and authentic presence and body language.

• Project Management: Apply Project Management methods by understanding and structuring content and relationships within the project framework.

• AI Efficiency: Work hand‑in‑hand with AI and use it to enhance your day‑to‑day work, making processes smarter and faster.

• Full‑time monthly gross salary starting at €4.650 (including 30 vacation days) , depending on your experience and qualifications.

What makes a great fit

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: A completed university degree – we believe it strengthens your ability to think critically.

• Experience: Internships in consulting or in the automotive, energy, or public sectors of advantage.

• Tools: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Languages: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).*
