The Opportunity We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our boutique in Munich. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional client experience while helping customers discover the collections in a welcoming and inspiring environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Develop excellent product knowledge across footwear, apparel, and accessories. Support visual merchandising standards and maintain the boutique's premium presentation. Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. About You Previous experience in premium, contemporary, or luxury retail. Passion for fashion, footwear, and delivering exceptional customer service. Sales-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, proactive, and team-oriented. Fluent in German and English ; additional languages are an advantage.
