Corporate Receptionist (m/w/d)

Über die Position: Als Corporate Receptionist (m/w/d) bist du das Gesicht unseres Unternehmens und der erste Kontaktpunkt für Gäste, Kunden und Mitarbeiter. Du sorgst für einen professionellen und herzlichen Empfang und trägst maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen Arbeitsalltag bei. Mit deiner serviceorientierten Art schaffst du eine einladende Atmosphäre und unterstützt das Team in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen. Deine Aufgaben:

• Professioneller Empfang und Betreuung von Besuchern, Kunden und Mitarbeitern
• Telefon- und E-Mail-Service sowie allgemeine Anfragen bearbeiten
• Organisation und Betreuung von Meeting-Räumen und Events
• Administrative Tätigkeiten wie Anmeldungen, Ausweise und Postservice
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Security, Reinigung und anderen Teams
• Flexible Einsätze in verschiedenen Bereichen des Gebäudes

Dein Profil:

• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung am Empfang oder ähnlichen Bereichen
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Detailgenauigkeit
