YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You analyze pricing and revenue-related processes, challenge the status quo, and proactively design, test, and validate data-driven solutions with measurable business impact
• You use data analysis to advise leadership on pricing and revenue strategies, acting as the analytical bridge between Data Science, Product, and Business—translating complex models into clear, actionable insights
• You leverage AI tools and LLM-powered workflows to accelerate your work, embracing a vibe coding mindset to rapidly prototype ideas and build agentic solutions that automate repetitive tasks and sharpen team efficiency
• You build prototypes to demonstrate feasibility, collaborate across teams to implement solutions in production, and continuously improve data models and pricing logic
• You champion the right AI tools to elevate how the team works—identifying where automation genuinely adds value and where human judgment remains essential

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You hold a degree in a quantitative field such as data science, operations research, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, or a similar discipline
• Business Acumen & Experience You understand pricing and revenue management dynamics and transform business needs into impactful data-driven solutions with hands-on experience as a product or data analyst, ideally in pricing, revenue management, or a related agile environment
• Motivation You proactively seek smarter ways to work, introducing AI-powered analytical and operational improvements, and have experience or a strong drive to build agentic workflows and automation pipelines that reduce manual overhead
• Analytical Expertise You bring quantitative analytics experience focused on revenue management, pricing strategy, statistical modeling, optimization, or predictive analytics
• Skills You are proficient in Python or R, SQL, and Git, confident working with large datasets, and comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development environments and tools to boost your productivity
• Languages  You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a strong plus
