Location: Munich

About the role:

High Five Health Promotion works with well-known companies to support their employees in the areas of exercise, health and well-being. At our location in Munich, we manage a company fitness studio with a training area, courses and preventive health measures.

Your responsibilities:

• Support of our members on the training area (360° support)

• Support in the implementation of preventive measures within the framework of workplace health promotion

• Guidance on exercises and training plans

• Implementation of selected (digital) course formats (depending on qualifications) • Friendly contact person for members in everyday studio life

• Support for health days or internal campaigns

• Light administrative activities

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in the fitness, sports or health sector (e.g. trainer, student, exercise instructor and at least a trainer B license)

• Gladly with additional qualifications (e.g. back training; other trainer licenses and further training, etc.)

• Confident presentation and instruction in front of and by groups

• Great affinity for sport, exercise and nutrition

• Excellent written and spoken German skills

• English language skills at least at level B1

• Enjoyment of dealing with people

• The energy needed to motivate people to achieve their goals

• Reliability, initiative and team spirit

• Willingness to work flexibly (e.g. early, evening or selectively)
