Digital Consultant / Template Specialist

As a Digital Consultant / Template Specialist, you will work in our Digital & Brand Technology department. In this role you will be responsible for the development of templates and configuration of our partner software product, Templafy. With this software solution, you support our (inter)national customers to create brand-consistent Microsoft Office 365 documents, emails, and presentations and to achieve their digital brand management goals.

In this role, your work is divided between:

1. Managing support requests, maintenance, and optimisation of existing solutions.
2. Supporting our consultants at (new) implementation projects.

You will contribute to the daily support of large national and international clients who utilise (semi-)automated Microsoft Office templates. You will help them resolve issues, implement adjustments, and enhance the user experience on our partner Templafy's SaaS platform.

Tasks

• Providing first-line and second-line support to customers with questions about their Office templates and workflows.
• Implementing adjustments and improvements to existing configurations.
• Testing, documenting, and coordinating updates.
• Identifying structural areas for improvement and collaborating on optimisation.
• Working with implementation consultants for more complex customer requests.

Requirements

You are tech savvy with an affinity for technology and branding. Developing templates or formatting MS Office documents, presentations, HTML emails, etc. is not new for you. You have a business degree with strong IT/digital components, for example: business informatics. You can translate digital technology into understandable language and advice for customers and colleagues. Some characteristics that describe you:

• You have basic MS Word/PowerPoint automation knowledge (fields, logic, metadata).
• You have scripting or macro knowledge (HTML is a plus).
• You are analytical, precise, and customer-oriented.
• You have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.
• You have clear problem-solving attributes and can deal with the daily dynamics of working for multiple clients.
• You are flexible and look at developments in the digital field with a broad interest, adapting to new technologies and innovations.
• You have good communication skills and a curious attitude.
• Fluent in English; an additional language is an advantage (German/Dutch).
