Who we are looking for...

Shining glasses, mirror-like cutlery and tip-top clean dishes - that's standard for us, because you're responsible for them! You have a talent for organizing and always keep track - whether dishes, cutlery, glasses or buffet utensils. You know exactly where to find what ,how much we have and what we need. You guide the stewards of our external service partner and organize the kitchen cleaning.

What your responsibilities are...

• You are responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of all kitchen and back-of-house areas within the Food & Beverage department.
• You are passionate about organization, cleanliness, structure, and creating a positive and productive working environment.
• You successfully manage a fast-paced back-of-house Food & Beverage operation, ensuring all operational supplies and stewarding functions effectively support the business.
• You assign and lead the stewards of our external service provider and monitor their performance and work results.
• You are responsible for the proper storage, organization, and inventory of operational supplies, Food & Beverage equipment, glassware, silverware, and all stewarding assets.
• Your department operates with minimal breakage because you understand how items must be stored, handled, and transported, and you continuously train and develop your team accordingly.
• As a true team player, you enjoy working as part of a team and are always willing to support others.

• You already have solid experience in the field of stewarding, in Food & Beverage or simelar businesses
• You are an organized leader who knows how to motivate and guide others
• Your motivation is accompanied by your professionalism and your structured and conscious way of working
• Your strong sense of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do
• Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
• You speak English and/or German
• You have valid work permit for Germany / EU
