(Senior) Product Manager | Carbmee

Intro

We're building the infrastructure for corporate carbon management, and we're looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to help shape it. You'll own product modules end-to-end, work directly with enterprise customers, and operate at the intersection of complex technical problems and real business impact. This is a role for someone who moves fast, makes decisions with incomplete information, and genuinely enjoys the messiness of building in a scale-up.

Your tasks

• Own the full lifecycle of your product modules: from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship products enterprise customers actually use
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into sharp product decisions
• Drive sales enablement and support go-to-market for your modules where needed
• Use AI tools and modern workflows to move faster and build smarter
• Travel to customers 1-2 times per quarter

Your profile

• Proven product management experience in a B2B software environment: ideally a scale-up with enterprise customers
• Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent): you can hold your own in architecture discussions and dig into the details
• AI-savvy: you use AI tools in your day-to-day work and understand where they create leverage
• Self-directed and decisive: you don't wait for strategy to be handed to you
• Strong communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable with both customers and internal teams
• High ownership and drive: you care about outcomes, not just output

Nice to have: experience with data (SQL, dashboards, integrations), UI/UX sensibility, or product marketing / sales support exposure.
