Working Student (m/f/d) - Corporate Health Management

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Working Student (m/f/d) – Corporate Health Management to join our Eurocentral People care team. You will have the opportunity to mainly focus on the initiatives implemented in relation to wellbeing programs and Health and Safety procedures. You will help organize and implement recurrent activities/projects related to the Health & Safety regulation in Germany (eye examinations, vaccinations, B2Run campaign, etc.) as well as contribute to the completion of the Stress Management project (Mental health survey) and the definition of the action plan.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• You will organize and coordinate already existing measures related to health in the workplace
• You will contribute to new activities and projects related to this matter, continuously developing the current corporate health management concept
• You will create a communication plan and take on individual communications (for example the monthly health newsletter) in order to reinforce the awareness on this topic
• You will assist in the project of risk assessment of psychological stress (GB Psych)
• You will support the Great Place To Work project in Corporate Health related topics
• You will bring in your own ideas and continuously develop the current Corporate Health Management concept
• You will support the People Care team with administrative tasks and creating monthly reports
  
  

Qualifications

• You are currently Health or Sports Science/Management, (Business) Psychology or related field
• You have good knowledge of the local Health & Safety legislation and the main principles of Wellbeing programs
• You have good computer skills (good knowledge of standard Microsoft applications)
• You have strong English and German communication skills
