Our team at BMW Group Financial Services drives business development for B2C and B2B customers. We support global markets from our Munich headquarters and enable innovative solutions in the automotive finance industry.

What awaits you?

• You will support the analysis and reporting of sales performance for BMW Group Financial Services.
• Furthermore, you help to handle ad-hoc requests and update KPI dashboards for management.
• In addition, you contribute to consolidating input for headquarters and market exchanges and follow up on action plans.
• Moreover, you will assist in supporting business development projects in collaboration with the markets.
• Additionally, you help to conduct competitive analysis and market research in the automotive finance industry.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration or a comparable field.
• Motivation, initiative, team spirit and strong communication skills.
• Structured mindset to support complex and dynamic tasks.
• Background in banking, automotive industry or commercial finance is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business fluent English and basic German skills.
