Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically grounded Product Manager to help shape the future of our TeamViewer Remote Support, Access & Control domain. You will drive impactful solutions for IT professionals worldwide, combining customer-centric problem solving with structured, organized, and methodical product execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on addressing customer pain points, collaborating across functions, and delivering products that meet the highest standards of usability, performance, and enterprise-grade quality. Customer & Market Insight
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our core user groups: Remote Support agents, Managed Service Providers, IT managers, IT admins, and service desk teams.
Act as the voice of the customer, translating user insights and pain points into clear, actionable product requirements.
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and evolve the long-term vision, strategy, and compelling product narrative for TeamViewer Remote & Tensor.
Shape and maintain the end-to-end roadmap - from ideation and prioritization through delivery, rollout, and continuous iteration.
Product Discovery & Decision-Making
Lead discovery activities such as user interviews, prototypes, and concept validation.
Use telemetry, behavioral data, and experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis) to inform decisions and validate outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with engineering, design/UX, data/AI, security, operations, sales, marketing, and support to deliver high-quality releases.
Ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and customer value across all stakeholders.
Create and deliver professional, customer-ready presentations for internal and external use.
Execution & Delivery Excellence
Define clear, detailed product requirements for engineering, covering technical details and UI/UX flows.
Create structured, cross-product roadmaps for your domain that align with organizational priorities.
Own on-time delivery of planned roadmap items in alignment with stakeholders.
Champion performance, scalability, reliability, and quality across the product.
Track and report product KPIs to guide prioritization and identify opportunities or risks.
Support go-to-market activities, including launch readiness, enablement, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a comparable field.
Proven experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS products or platforms.
Strong analytical capabilities, including working with telemetry, dashboards, and quantitative evaluation methods.
Technical confidence across APIs, integrations, data pipelines, security, identity/SSO, and RBAC.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across seniority levels.
Familiarity with agile/lean product practices.
Ability to represent the product and domain confidently both internally and externally.
Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
