As Senior IT Manager, you will take full ownership of our IT operation, from SaaS governance and hardware management to process automation and internal tooling. You will build on a solid foundation, improve what exists, and put in place the structures we need to scale. This is a high-autonomy role with broad scope - ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and wants to leave a real mark on how a company operates day to day.Your missionSaaS & Tool Governance: Take ownership of our full SaaS portfolio from licence management and access control to evaluating new tools and keeping everything documented and well-governedAI & Process Automation: Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to automate internal processes and improve productivity across casavi. Support teams in evaluating and using AI tools effectively and establish practical guidelines for their secure and responsible useHardware & Contract Management: Optimise vendor and hardware contracts, track renewals, and ensure cost-effective lifecycle management for Mac and Windows devices using Hexnode and NinjaOneEmployee IT Support (1st/2nd level): Handle hardware procurement, device setup, lifecycle management, and internal tickets, ensuring fast, reliable support for all employees across locationsOn- & Offboarding Redesign: Audit our current on- and offboarding processes, identify the gaps, and build a scalable, well-documented process, including identity and access management (IAM) automationIT Research & Innovation: Proactively evaluate new tools, technologies, and AI-powered solutions that can improve internal productivity and operational efficiencySecurity Foundations: Enforce security standards (MFA, Least Privilege, VPN) and contribute to hardening our IT environmentIT Infrastructure: Manage office IT infrastructure (Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, printers) and ensure secure network access for hybrid and remote workingYour profileSolid hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, or workplace IT, ideally in a scale-up or SaaS environmentConfident working with MDM and RMM tools (ideally Hexnode and NinjaOne) and managing a diverse hardware environment across macOS and WindowsStrong understanding of SaaS tool governance, IAM, and access management, including hands-on experience with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence and ideally experience building these structures from scratchA process-builder mindset: you do not just fix problems, you design systems that prevent them from recurringProactive, structured, and self-organised, able to manage multiple IT projects simultaneouslySolid grasp of IT security principles including SaaS audits, MFA and Least Privilege enforcement, and network and VPN managementFluent in both German (C1+) and English, as you will support employees in both languages dailyPractical experience evaluating and implementing AI tools to improve internal workflows and productivityConditions & BenefitsAn open-minded and friendly team working with agile methods - as proven by our Kununu Score of 4,6Flexible & hybrid working 60 days of workation per year in the EUCompany events & sports offersCorporate benefitsCompany pension schemeChildcare allowance EGYM Wellpass membership discountDiverse development opportunities and a continuing education budget You want to be part of our success story?Are you a teamplayer looking for an opportunity to grow in an international and agile environment?
